Taiwan 2005

From January 18—February 8, 2005 our team will be in Taiwan conducting three Children's Institutes for more than 600 children. Children attending the Children's Insitute learn practical lessons from God's Word. Postive character traits, such as attentiveness, obedience, and creativity are taught and demonstrated throughout the classes. During our group assembly times children learn songs and Bible verses and hear stories from God's Word and the world of nature. Class time allows the children to work on crafts and hear lessons that encourage them in the ways of God.

1.15.05 We've just discovered that our shipment of craft supplies and teaching materials is delayed, and may be going on to Hong Kong instead of coming directly to Taiwan. Please pray for the safe, and on-time arrival of our seminar materials. Furthermore, pray that God would give us the creativity to use whatever resources we have available as we're teaching the children. Our ministry in Taiwan is bigger than marvelous crafts... we don't want to miss out on any of God's goodness!

2.08.05 This morning we got up really, really early (some didn't make it to bed) to take the majority of our team to the airport, thus bringing about the conclusion of this CI trip. It has been a great trip, and we've seen the hand of God at work in us and through us. Hopefully, through this website you too can get a greater picture of who God is and how he was at work.
